• Secure payment processing through escrow

• Dispute resolution services

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use LEXITS, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

Verification Requirements

All users must complete our verification process, which may include identity verification, background checks, and skills assessments. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Services and Fees

Subscription Plans

LEXITS operates on a subscription model with the following plans:

• Business Plan: $99 first year (regular $180/year)
• Professional Plan: $39 first year (regular $90/year)

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Project Terms and Escrow

Project Agreements

When a business hires a professional through LEXITS:

• A binding agreement is formed between the parties
• LEXITS facilitates the relationship but is not a party to the work agreement
• Both parties must fulfill their obligations as agreed
• Disputes should be resolved through our dispute resolution process

Escrow System

Our escrow system protects both parties by holding funds until project milestones are completed. Funds are released when the business approves the work or after a specified period if no disputes are raised.

7. Intellectual Property

LEXITS and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for platform operations. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer our software or systems
• Create derivative works based on our platform

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using LEXITS, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

User Interactions

LEXITS facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for the quality of work, payment disputes, or other issues arising from user interactions. We provide tools and support but cannot guarantee outcomes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of other users or platform systems

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to past activities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LEXITS will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
